Dihydroquercetin (Taxifolin) is isolated from the wood of larch grown in Siberia. Dihydroquercetin is one of the most perspective natural antioxidant. It reveals more antioxidative activity than tocopherols and caroten, but it much more stable. This is a unigue substance of P vitamins group. A food antioxidant and a biologically active additive Dihydroquercetin belongs to the group of flavonoid compounds (Vitamin P) 3, 3',4', 5, 7 pentahydroxiflavonone.

Dihydroquercetin is obtained from ecologically pure vegetable raw materials - wood of Siberian larch and Gmelin's larch or Dauria larch. Dihydroquercetin has ameliorating effect on blood vessels condition, replenishes the vital antioxidant supply in man's organism and provides reliable protection against harmful enviroment factors that cause atherosclerosis, cardiac, hepatic, bronchopulmonary diseases.
