1. BOOKING PAYMENT (deposit)
A deposit of 300-500 EUR (BOOKING PAYMENT) should be paid on booking (we will notify you of the amount). Payment of the booking deposit signifies to us your definite intention to proceed with the fasting and cleansing program, and enables us to guarantee your booking dates. These terms come into force at the time when "Anti-Aging Adriatic" confirms the booking by e-mail or by fax. If the booking payment (deposit) is not made, "Anti-Aging Adriatic" reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and is not obliged to indemnify any loss by the guest.

2. PROGRAM PAYMENT
The balance of the program price (PROGRAM PAYMENT) can be paid at any time after the BOOKING PAYMENT, up to the SECOND DAY after the date of arrival or the start of the program, whichever is later. If such payment is not made within this period, "Anti-Aging Adriatic" reserves the right to cancel the program and is not obliged to indemnify any loss by the guest.

3. CANCELLATION by the guest
If a guest wishes to cancel the booked program, this communication should be made in writing. In this case the deposit (BOOKING PAYMENT) cannot be refunded.

4. CANCELLATION by "Anti-Aging Adriatic"
" Anti-Aging Adriatic" reserves the right to cancel the program in full or in part in case of unavoidable circumstances which in our judgement may make this necessary. "Anti-Aging Adriatic" may also cancel the program because of medical contraindications in individual cases. In both such circumstances the complete amount (or, in case of partial cancellation, a proportionate amount) received from the guest will be returned, but "Anti-Aging Adriatic" is not obliged to indemnify any other loss by the guest.
